Research and Education Field Station (REFS)

Climate change is one of the most critical issues our world faces today. Through research and community outreach, the Research and Education Field Station (REFS) is one of the ways NKU is addressing the problem. Using 155 acres of St. Anne Woods and Wetlands Natural Area, a conservation easement on and near the Ohio River, NKU faculty and students are studying the impact of climate change on our local ecosystem and ways that we can all mitigate the damage.
